• Institutional Repository: All published volumes are archived in the NGM College Digital Library, a secure institutional repository managed by Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College.

• Self-Archiving (Green Open Access): Authors are encouraged to deposit the “Published Version” (Version of Record) of their article in their institutional or subject-specific repositories (e.g., SSRN, ResearchGate, or Academia.edu) immediately upon publication.

• Persistent Identifiers: We use persistent links and are in the process of implementing DOI (Digital Object Identifiers) to ensure that citations remain functional regardless of URL changes.

• Hardware Redundancy: Our web servers are backed up daily to prevent data loss due to technical failure.

This is a mandatory disclosure for high-tier indexing. It proves the journal isn’t a “predatory” or profit-driven entity.

• Revenue Source: The journal is entirely funded and supported by Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College. The institution provides the necessary infrastructure, web hosting, and editorial staff salaries as part of its mission to promote global research.

• Advertising Policy: ARJST does not accept paid advertisements on its website or within its published articles. We believe that an ad-free environment is essential for maintaining the objectivity and professional integrity of academic publishing.

• Direct Marketing: Any outreach or “Call for Papers” is conducted through academic networks and professional societies. We do not engage in predatory or intrusive email marketing.
