Which types of article do you publish?

How do I submit?

Through the online submission form. Prepare an anonymised manuscript and a separate title page, and tick every item on the submission checklist.

Can I use AI tools to write my paper?

Only with disclosure, and never as an author or to produce references or data. Read the Generative AI Policy.

Review and publication

How are manuscripts reviewed?

By double-blind peer review: at least two independent experts judge the paper without knowing the authors, and the authors do not know the reviewers. See the peer review policy.

How long does review take?

Initial screening takes about 5 business days and peer review about 1–2 weeks. Most authors receive a first decision in 2–3 weeks. Follow your manuscript on Track your manuscript.

How often is an issue published?

Monthly (12 issues per year). From Vol. 5 No. 07 (November 2026), every issue is published on this website, and accepted articles appear in the next available issue – see the current and upcoming issues and the previous issues on OJS.

Does my article get a DOI?

Yes. Every article receives a Crossref DOI under the prefix 10.63300. More in Indexing & Identifiers.

Who owns the copyright, and which licence applies?

Authors keep their copyright. Articles are published under CC BY 4.0 – see Copyright & Licensing. You may deposit any version in a repository without embargo.

After acceptance

Can I correct or withdraw a paper?

Yes – send a correction or withdrawal request with your manuscript ID or DOI. Changes to a published article follow the corrections and retractions policy.

Can I become a reviewer?

Yes – apply here, and read the reviewer guidelines.

How do I complain or appeal a decision?

Use the complaints and appeals form. Every complaint is acknowledged within five working days.
