Abstract

Human Rights are the credentials and record of respect to the mankind.  Mankind is different from other living beings and that is the higher form of all livingbeings. In the process of social, economic and political development, the need for the special recognition for the mankind was thought out by the philosophers, authorities and the personalities who had faith in freedom and liberty of the individuals as well as the society.  These ideas were consolidated and created as a mandatory document in the name of Constitution. Each country in the world has its own Constitution which show cases the freedom and rights in terms of social, economic and political aspect. The rights of various aspects of the mankind are provided with legal protection. Each one irrespective of their caste, creed, religion, sex has judicially right to equality, freedom against exploitation, freedom of religion, culture, education and to seek constitutional remedies.  The Constitution of India ensures the fundamental rights to get employment, earn income, food and shelter.In this article, the authors rightly pointed out and examined to what extent the fundamental rights are enjoyed by the people and how far the authorities make the people to enjoy the same
