Licensing Policy

All articles published by the Academic Research Journal of Science and Technology (ARJST) are accessible under an open access Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This means that anyone can freely download and read the articles. Additionally, these articles can be quoted and reused as long as the original publication is properly cited. This licensing framework maximizes the use and dissemination of the research while ensuring that authors receive due recognition for their contributions.

Consequently, authors must agree, upon submission, to have their published articles licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

Permission Requirements

Permission is needed for:

  • Your own works published by other publishers if you do not retain the copyright.
  • Significant excerpts from anyone else's works or from a collection of works.
  • Photographs for which you do not possess the copyright.

Permission is not required for:

  • Reconstructing your own tables using data previously published, as long as you cite the original data source with phrases like "Data from..." or "Adapted from...".
  • Short quotes, which are considered fair use and do not require explicit permission.
  • Graphs, charts, schemes, and artworks that have been completely redrawn and significantly altered by the authors do not necessitate permission.
